To login in the Dashboard Viewer one has to click on Login first. Otherwise the default dashboard viewer user is used.
Login
Login to the SKOOR dashboards area using the same credentials as for the SKOOR Engine.
The login session stays active until the user uses the Logout button or until the browser window is closed. To keep the login session active even after browser restarts, select the Keep me logged in checkbox.
Logout
Clicking the Log out item of the user menu redirects the browser to the login page.
Logging out clears all cached dashboard data. It is therefore recommended to click Log out instead of simply closing the browser.
Password reset
If for some reason the passwort gets lost, a link to reset the password can be requested by clicking Forgot Password? on the login screen. Of course, an emal address must be available in the user settings.
