DocsAlarm device: Instaguard
Send alarms to Swissphone, a critical incident management service. Various channels, such as the s.GUARD app, voice calls, SMS and email can be used to receive and confirm alarms. Swissphone is a third party service.
Instaguard needs a third party alarming configuration.

User configuration
If a SKOOR user is used to send alarms to, it can be selected from the User menu. The settings described above will then be overridden by the ones defined on user level.
In the user configuration, a delay for voice calls can be defined. Emails and SMS will be sent right away
