Parameter

Description

Interface ID

Enter all to get summarized results over all network interfaces (combined bandwidth)

 For Windows, define the interface by its

  • by its index (use # as indicator, first interface has index 1) e.g. #1

  • or by its name, e.g. INTEL[R] PRO ADAPTER

For Unix/Linux, define the interface by its name, e.g: sk0 or eth0

Value / Alarm limit

Description

Received

Received Kbytes/s averaged to the measurement period (Job interval)

Sent

Sent Kbytes/s averaged to the measurement period (Job interval)

Packet in error

Percentage of failed incoming packets averaged to the measurement period (Job interval)

Packet out error

Percentage of failed outgoing packets averaged to the measurement period (Job interval)

Utilization

Percentage of network utilization averaged to the measurement period (Job interval). This value and alarm limit is only available on Windows hosts.

Bandwidth

Combined bandwidth of the selected interfaces in Mbit/s. This value and alarm limit is only available on Windows hosts.

Error code

Generic job error code (see section Job error codes)
