If different alarm limits for the same job are required, or different permission settings need to be applied, then clone the job instead of copying it. The cloned job reuses the measurement data of its source job.

There can be multiple clones to the same source job, which is the only job which measures and stores data to the database. The Next execution time is displayed as virtual job, and the Check now button is missing for clones. Jobs can only be cloned to the same device. If the source job is deleted, its first clone will become the new source.

To find the source job, navigate to the cloned job and select Value from as Relation:
