Show outage list
The Show outage list function lists current and past outages, i.e. events where the object itself or any of its children were in a state of Warning, Minor or Major. The function offers the following settings:
Setting | Description |
---|---|
Period | Choose either one of the predefined time ranges like Current week or Last 30 days or choose User defined, where one can enter a time range manually. |
Use active time of default SLC | If Show outage list is used on an SLO object and the SLO has an associated SLC, the active time defined on the SLC is used as a basis of determining outages. |
Show | Check which outage states should be listed in the output. |
Recursive | If checked, a new Show dropdown list appears where one can specify which types of objects should be included in the outage output (e.g. only jobs, only devices or only specific job types etc.). See example below |
Recalculated | Consider revaluations added after the outages occured. If a revaluation was added to an outage, it will not be listed if this box is checked. |
Show revaluations | This checkbox is only visible if Recalculated was checked. Causes revaluations to be included in the output, even though they are no longer considered outages. |
The following example shows the above view when the Recursive parameter is checked and the output is limited to devices only:
