Supported Operating Systems

Our software requires a Linux-based operating system for installation and operation. The following distributions and versions are currently supported:

• RedHat Enterprise Linux (RHEL): Versions 8.x, and 9.x

• Alma Linux: Versions 8.x, and 9.x

• Rocky Linux: Versions 8.x, and 9.x

Red Hat Enterprise Linux Subscription

For users choosing to run the software on RedHat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), a valid RedHat subscription is required. This subscription grants access to:

• Official RedHat repositories for package updates and security patches.

• RHEL support services, including security advisories and technical support.

Without a valid subscription, users will not be able to receive updates or access RedHat’s official package repositories. As an alternative, users may choose Alma Linux or Rocky Linux, which are free and community-supported equivalents of RHEL.
