Further Improvements

As with any SKOOR release, this time there are also countless other improvements included. Here are some of the more noticable ones:

  • Added support for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9, AlmaLinux 9 and Rocky Linux 9 . Please note that, due to a major update of the OpenSSL library, existing SKOOR licenses used on Red Hat / Alma / Rocky 6 - 7 are not compatible to SKOOR running on Red Hat / Alma / Rocky 9 . The SKOOR support team will issue a new license to migrate an existing installation.

  • New component SKOOR Bootstrap to simplify SKOOR installation

  • Passwords used as job parameters are now fully encrypted in the database and on the wire between server and collector.

  • Replaces terms master and slave by primary and standby.

  • Dashboard PDF Reports are generated faster and more reliably.
