User Administration
In the Users section, users and groups can be maintained in a similar way as in the SKOOR Engine.
User management
A user’s profile is divided into six main sections:
Quick actions details below
Basic Info for Name, username, email and phone number.
UI Settings for defaulting dashboard preferences such as Icons for visually impaired users, Time zone, Preferred UI Language and Default Dashboard.
Roles & Permissions for Role, User type and flags to enable Engine access or vacation customization.
Groups for viewing, editing groups to which the user belong.
Other for leaving a comment on the user profile.
Quick Actions
Run as: allows users with respective permissions to log-in/view Dashboards as the user.
Enable MFA: Activates MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) for the selected user.
Reset Password: users with respective permissions can reset the passwords of other user.
Delete User.
Other extended actions: (shown in a context-menu)
Vacation Settings:
this is only available on systems with "userVacationFeature": true in settings.json
When active, logged in users can set/edit their vacation status in the user menu.
Sending invitation email(s):
Adminstrators can send invitation emails to user(s) created in SKOOR Dashboard:
On the user profile, click on Send invitation email from the context menu.
A Dialog is opened where a custom message can be added to the email.
Confirm sending the invitation email by pressing
SendA feedback is show.
User will recieve the following email.
List of Settings:
Setting | Description |

Name | Full name of the user. |
Username | username user to log in to SKOOR Dashboards. If the username has an email pattern and no email is set for the user, then this will be used as an email. |
Contact email of the user. This will be user for sending invitation message and alarms. | |

Enable MFA | This options enables MFA for the newly created user. |
Force password change | This forces the user to change their password on the first loging. |

Preferred language | UI Language preffered by the user. |
Default Dashboard | The default dashboard to view upon logging in. |
Role | Adminstrator, Data Editor, Editor, Operator, Read only. |
Shared account | Setting this flag would mark the user as a shared user, this would disable the user from editing his own password and/or his vacation settings if available. |

User group management
A user group page is divided into four main sections:
Basic Info for Group name, Remote group Id and default user role for the members of this group.
UI Settings for defaulting dashboard preferences such as Icons for visually impaired users, Time zone and Default Dashboard.
Group Members for quick management of members in the group.
Other for leaving a comment on the user group.
