DocsSelect alarm template
Alarm templates are used to customize alarm messages. Either select an existing template or create a new one first below in the /root/Alarming/Alarm Templates folder.
An alarm template can be attached to an alarm group or an alarm device. If both, alarm group and alarm device, have a different alarm template attached, the one attached to the alarm device takes precedence.
The following set of Alarm templates come preconfigured on a default SKOOR Engine installation:

| Alarm Template - Email - Business | This template is for sending alarms to managers who are not interested in every technical detail of the alarm. Usually, this template is attached to an Alarm device which is linked to a business- or service-relevant SLO |
| Alarm Template - Email - Technical | This template is for sending alarms to technical staff and is usually attached to Alarm devices which link to specific Devices or Device groups. It contains more information on the Alarm than the business template. |
| Alarm Template - Email - Full | This template contains even more information on the alarm, with a slightly different layout |
| Alarm Template - SMS - short | This template contains the very basic alarm information that can be attached to Alarm devices of type SMS |
